Rental Application for Victoria’s Corporate Rental House Rental Policies

  • Monthly rent depends on the length of your lease
  • At the termination of the lease, it can be extended on a month-to-month basis with no rent increase. Extension of lease requires the agreement of tenant and landlord and requires 30 days notice of moving.
  • Deposit: 500, fully refundable if you give 30 day notice and follow the checkout procedures
  • Application process involves background and credit check
  • 30 days notice of move-out is required on all leases unless a date is specified.
  • Requires 30 day notification of moving or vacancy
  • The application requires Proof of income, a driver’s license, and criminal background check.
